Where can I find my order number ?

The confirmation email will contain an order number of 10-12 characters. You will receive it when you place an order online, in store or by phone. Can’t find it in your inbox? Check your junk or spam folders.

My order number doesn’t work. What can I do?

First, check your order number. It can be only numbers or a combination of letters and numbers. Then make sure you use the email address or phone number you provided when ordering.
Note. If your order number is 12 digits starting with “XKN”, tracking may take up to 24 hours. Try again later or wait for updates from them.

What orders will I be able to track?

At this time, ee can only provide order tracking, including devices billed monthly. It is also not possible to track items ordered with Super Fast Shipping or some orders containing multiple items.
If you ordered payment by phone, device or EE SIM card, your order should be delivered within 48 hours. Watch out for text or email messages from them.

Can I change to a different colour after I have ordered ?

Can I change my delivery slot?

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within 24 hours of being shipped. You will receive the latest text or email with the delivery date and time. Or, if you’re picking up orders from the store, let us know when you’re ready to pick them up.

Do I need to sign the delivery?

It will take effect immediately and will no longer ask you to sign the handheld, instead the driver will sign for you. What does “scheduled to ship within 24 hours” mean?

If you ordered a device in stock, it means that it will be shipped within 24 hours.

If you pre-order or order a device that is out of stock, it will be immediately included in EE. When the device arrives in stock, it will be shipped to your address or selected EE store within 24 hours.

I’m getting a message that my order has shipped, but the order tracking information seems to be incorrect. Why?

You may have received your device before the order tracking information was updated. In this case, ee will ship your device within 24 hours and provide you with shipping information via text or email. Please check these posts for the latest updates and select a delivery location using our DPD courier.

Why did my order return to “Order Confirmed” status?

Your order may revert to “Order Confirmed” because you didn’t receive all the stock you were hoping for. You may also see a delayed message. When pre-ordering, this can often be due to a delay from the manufacturer of the new device. EE will send the device as soon as it is received.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, there will be delivery on Saturday.
